How do I turn off email notifications for a document?

How to manage automatic reminder emails and how to turn them off

In certain conditions, Avvoka will expect a further action relating to a document to be necessary e.g. Where a counterparty is added the system will expect that the document should be sent for signing in the future or reminder emails after a certain number of days after the document has been created if it has not been marked as completed or signed.

Where this is so the system will trigger a notification that there are “Pending actions requiring your input”.

Notifications from a specific document

  1. Open the document that you want to stop sending notifications for

  2. Once you have opened the doc, click the bell icon in the top right corner and toggle notifications. The icon is pictured below:
