Reminders

Notifications icon:

In certain conditions, Avvoka will expect a further action relating to a document to be necessary e.g. Where a counterparty is added the system will expect that the document should be sent for signing in the future or reminder emails after a certain number of days after the document has been created if it has not been marked as completed or signed.

Where this is so the system will trigger a notification that there are “Pending actions requiring your input”.

To turn notifications from a specific document off:

  1. Open the document that you want to stop sending notifications for

  2. Once you have opened the doc, click the bell icon in the top right corner and toggle notifications.

It is, therefore, best practice to delete test documents after they have been generated, in order to prevent a large number of notifications being displayed.

If you want to trigger off certain e-mail notifications, please refer to this article.

Org admins can also change how often the reminder emails should generate or turn off reminder emails for the entire organisation, to learn how to do this, refer to this article.
