In certain conditions, Avvoka will expect a further action relating to a document to be necessary e.g. Where a counterparty is added the system will expect that the document should be sent for signing in the future. Where this is so the system will trigger a notification that there are “Pending actions requiring your input”.

You can decide which notifications to get. To customise it, and turn off certain notifications, follow the steps below:

1. Click your name in the top corner of the Avvoka page which will bring down a dropdown menu from where, select "Settings" as shown below:

2. Then click "General settings" in the sidebar and navigate to System email notifications.

3. Tick the notifications you want to receive and untick the ones that you don't want receive:

4. Click "Save".
