In certain conditions, Avvoka will expect a further action relating to a document to be necessary e.g. Where a counterparty is added the system will expect that the document should be sent for signing in the future.

Where this is so the system will trigger a notification that there are “Pending actions requiring your input”. You can click on the bell icon in the top right corner to see your pending notifications.

It is, therefore, best practice to delete test documents after they have been generated, in order to prevent a large number of notifications being displayed.
