Avvoka’s workflow functionality allows users to build workflow sequences, or approval workflows, to determine how the creation of a specific template fits in with your broader operations.
In other words, these functions allow users to specify how the created document will be used, or even create a sequence of events which are set in motion once the template is created.
For instance, within the “Workflow” area users have the ability to prevent the document from being sent to a counterparty, or from being signed, if certain conditions or commercial thresholds are not satisfied.
Creating a Workflow
To create a workflow you must navigate to the workflows tab for the Template.
Next select “New workflow”.
