Testing templates within a platform is important as it ensures the quality and functionality of the system. However, traditional testing methods can be both time-consuming and cumbersome, requiring repetitive saving and publishing of documents after every change. Avvoka's Live demo feature provides a distinctive solution to this issue. You can learn more about the Live demo feature, here.

This feature enables users to test their automation in real-time without the need to create a new document for every change, streamlining the testing process and saving time and effort in the long run. As a result, users can focus on refining the template and improving its performance, rather than being preoccupied with the intricate aspects of document creation and testing.

Furthermore, Avvoka's Live demo feature allows users to visualise how the template will function in real-world scenarios. This is particularly useful for testing complex templates with multiple variables and conditional logic. By previewing the template's output, users can identify any potential issues or errors that may arise during the document automation process.

To use this feature, simply access the corresponding option on the left sidebar of the system. Once there, answer the questionnaire, and observe the answers being populated on the right-hand side of the page in real-time. This feature allows you to see the questionnaire and the document side-by-side.

Through this feature, users can also save their answers to the test questionnaire and download it as a Microsoft Word document. In addition, users can download the automated document with its underlying conditions as a PDF or Microsoft Word document.
