How do I order the questions on the questionnaire?

In a contract in Avvoka, a questionnaire is often included to gather specific information from the involved parties. Typically, the questions in this questionnaire are arranged in a particular order, corresponding to their respective places in the contract. The questions in the document are arranged in the order of their associated placeholder’s occurrence in the document.This arrangement makes sense for convenience of locating placeholders and be necessary for legal, organisational, or other reasons but some users might sometimes prefer to rearrange them in a certain order for their specific use cases or requirements.

There are situations where it becomes essential to tailor the sequence of questions in the questionnaire to better align with the parties' requirements since the set order may not be appropriate for the users. For instance, in a specific legal agreement where questions need to be arranged as per their respective sections, it would need re-arranging since the questions in the questionnaire will be arranged in the order of their placement in the document. Since this arrangement may not always align with the user's preferences, the questionnaire section offers a convenient drag handle that allows users to rearrange the questions according to their preferred sequence.

To use this feature, the user can access the questionnaire section and navigate to the drag handle. Then, by tap holding this button, they can then drag and place the question in a new desired position.

Another convenient way would be to toggle on the Compress button on the questionnaire which will compress the questionnaire and make it fit easier into the page so that users can more easily reorder the questions. To re-arrange a group of questions in the questionnaire select the tick boxes of the required questions and then you can drag and drop them as necessary.

The ability to reorder questions in the questionnaire tab can be particularly useful in cases where it is required to group related questions together to make the questionnaire more streamlined and easier to navigate.

Overall, the flexibility and customization options provided by the questionnaire section can help ensure that the included questions are organised in a way that best meets the needs of the parties involved in the contract.
