Requiring an approver to review a questionnaire

What is it?

An approver can be added to review a questionnaire before deciding to accept or reject any changes.

How does it work?

When creating a template, you should add an approver to any questions you wish for them to review like so:

Then when the document is created they will be required to review these questions before approving or rejecting a document.

Steps:

Create a new template, set a name, and then choose an automation tool such as a placeholder to create a question in the questionnaire. Don't forget to save your template!

Next, navigate to the workflows tab and add an approver workflow. If you are not sure how to add an approver workflow please click here.

After this, navigate to the questionnaire tab and allocate the questions you wish the approver to review to their role.

Now save the template and click "Create a document".

Click "Request approval" and then you will be prompted to fill in the approver details, if not already added. Once done click "Request approval".

From your perspective you should see the following:

And the approver should see the following:

Congratulations! You have created a document that requires an approver to review questions before deciding to approve or reject.
