Open the template where you want to add a Datasheet question. Then, navigate to the template questionnaire and select the question card associated with the question that you would like to amend. From the top right-hand-corner of the card, select the ‘Datasheets’ question input type.

Then, select the relevant Datasheet you want to use. The drop down will pull from Datasheets stored at an Organisation and Profile level, depending on your level of access

After selecting the relevant Datasheet, a new dropdown menu will appear titled “Datasheet column header in the [Datasheet Name] Datasheet”. You will then be able to select the relevant column header that will be used for this question.

For example, if I were to select the option “First Name” here, the questionnaire would then draw from the values present under the “First Name” column header in the Datasheet.

The options available in the questionnaire will appear as below. You can select from a list of options as shown below or start typing in your preferred answer to filter potential answers. For example, typing in “Ja” will automatically filter the answers such that only “James” and “Janet” appear.
