How to grant users access to a Datasheet

All Onboard users will have access to Datasheets in their profile / organisation. New Document users can also be given access to add, amend or delete records from Datasheets. However, New Document users are not able to edit headers or create new Datasheets.

To add a New Document user to a Datasheet, navigate to the main Datasheets menu. Navigate to the relevant Datasheet you wish to add the user to and select the icon outlined in red below.

You will then be able to add a new user by clicking the “Add User” button. You can add multiple users by continuing to press the “Add User” button.

A dropdown menu will then appear with a list of ‘New document’ users on the profile. Select the relevant users that you’d like to grant access to and save the Datasheet.

Once you have completed your edits, click the “Update Datasheet” button to save your changes.

The added users will be able to see the “Data” tab in the sidebar in their “Create” tab.
