Creating a suite of documents
Avvoka also allows users to share attributes across multiple templates. For instance, you can use the attribute “Company Name” in multiple templates. It is important to note that the attribute names must be identical across templates for the system to bundle the documents together correctly. For example, the system won't recognise 'Company Name' and 'Company name' as the same attribute, since they are not completely identical.
Once you have templated the document with consistent attributes, you can then generate the two (or more) documents from one questionnaire. Simply select the relevant documents and then click “Start”.
Then, when the questionnaire is loaded, you will see that all questions which have consistent attributes will not be asked twice. Instead, to the extent that there are attributes that are unique to a particular document, they will appear on the next questionnaire page, which is accessed by clicking the “Save and continue” button.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, the documents will load. You can access the linked documents by clicking on the “related document tab”.
