Diagnostics
The diagnostic tool in Avvoka allows users to perform a “health check” on the automation. This is accessible from the “Diagnostics” tab located in the Templating section. The system will perform checks on commonly made errors, such as:
duplicate attributes caused by incorrect capitalisation,
duplicate conditions caused by incorrect capitalisation,
and erroneously added excel lists that do not exist on the Profile.
The system enables you to scan condition logic, nested condition logic, placeholder formatting, visibility conditions and question type. Once scanned, either errors will be shown under the red bar, or recommendations will be shown under the light blue bar.
You will also notice suggestions appear. These suggestions will help improve your questionnaire logic with visibility conditions or other suggestions based on your automation. If you choose to apply the suggestion it will automatically update your questionnaire.
