Adding New Participants and Approvers

If you are adding a new participant or approver you can either select an existing ‘Role’ to be added to the document, require the user to select from a pre-approved list of emails which is uploaded either manually or as an existing contact group.

If you select ‘contact group’ you can choose to allow the user to select an individual email from the contact group.

If you select ‘manual email list’ you can also give the user the option to enter their own option by selecting ‘open select’.

After adding the participant or approver in the workflow, you can navigate back to the ‘Parties’ tab and update their document rights accordingly. You will also see under the ‘Workflow usage’ tab that they have been enrolled in the workflow.
