Users can customise the email that other users receive when a document in Avvoka is sent to them. Go to "Templates" > "Customisations" . "Email templates" to create the customised email.
Insert a name for the email template and edit the email content under Compose. Once finished, click “Create Email template” as shown below.
To apply the saved email template, go into your template of choice and under Template settings, click “Advanced”. Select the relevant email template as shown in the image below. Click “Save” to save the changes you made to the template. Now, all recipients of the documents generated from this template will receive the relevant email.
You can also add email templates when you add a participant using a workflow.
