Autolists and punctuations

Avvoka allows users to create an Auto-List field, where punctuation in the document will automatically be updated. This is useful where you have a list within a subclause and wish to automatically update the penultimate item with โ€œ; andโ€ when certain list items above are included / excluded as a result of conditions being met (or not).

Simply select the area of text you wish to apply the Autolist to and press the Autolist button; a faint grey box will appear around the list indicating your selection area.

Selecting the auto list button will prompt the display of a dialogue box where you can choose each separator (see below).

To insert the separators in the document, you need to right click inside the selection area, and select 'insert separator'.
