Organisation Support users can create a custom splash screen that each user has to acknowledge before being able to log into Avvoka
How to create a custom splash screen:
Log into Avvoka as an Organisation Support user.
Navigate to the
SUPPORTtab at the top of the screen, then click onOrganisationsin the sidebar.Select your organisation.
Navigate to the
Custom splash screensection.Upload a markdown file (.md) file with the text that you'd like to add to the splash screen.
Please refer to this guide for more information on how to format markdown files.
Please also ensure that your markdown file contains a
{{ checkbox }}element which will be used by the users to acknowledge the splash screen.You are able to create coloured text by using the following syntax:
[Text that should be in colour](#<HTML Hex colour code>). For example:[Text that should be in colour](#226CE0).
Enable the splash screen by checking the box and click
Update Organisationat the top of the page.
After enabling the splash screen, users who are a member of your organisation will be prompted to acknowledge the splash screen (by checking the checkbox) before being able to log into Avvoka.
