Multi-factor authentication adds an additional level of security to your Avvoka account, by requiring a code generated by an authentication app to be entered when logging in.

Users will need to download an OTP generator app (e.g. Google Authenticator) to generate a 6-digit code that users will have to provide in addition to their username and password upon logging in.

To disable the feature, simply go into settings and select “Disable Two Factor Authentication”.

Follow the steps in this video to enable multi-factor authentication.
