Avvoka has a data analytics feature which allows users to view data relating to usage, the types of documents being generated, and stats within the document, such as how many documents from a particular template have been created, sent or signed.

Avvoka has two types of reports: generic reports, which have preset metrics measuring how many documents have been generated or negotiated from particular templates and by which authors. Avvoka can also allow users to create custom reports, which allow users to choose their own metrics and generate a more granular set of analytics. This article will focus on the generic reporting features.

This feature is available to any users with New document rights or higher. Users will only typically be able to run analytics on the documents that they have authored. However, when given the Profile Manager right, users will be able to see analytics relating to all of the documents on the profiles that they have this right on.

"Overview" page

To view Analytics, click the following button to access the reporting area of the platform:

The Overview page will appear as below, with useful tables and pie charts detailing how many documents have been created and signed and deleted in the last month, along with a comparison to the period immediately preceding that.

"Usage" page

From the sidebar, click on the “Usage” button to access analytics specifically relating to how frequently documents are being generated, and by whom.

This data is separated into two distinct categories - analytics relating to what and how many documents have been created, and relating to what documents have been sent to other parties. Further, the user can specify which templates or which users you would like to analyse.

"Document" page

The “Document” page provides access to data relating to specific templates and the frequency with which documents are generated from these. Users can specify which templates and which document authors they would like to view analytics relating to, which is divided into specific figures of how many documents the authors have created, sent and signed.

N.B. On each page, users will be able to download the data displayed as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
