How do I edit the information I entered in the questionnaire once the document is created?
How do I edit the information I entered in the questionnaire once the document is created?

You can go back to your questionnaire and change the information you entered at anytime (as long as the document isn't signed). To do this:

  1. Open your document. 

  2. In the top left click 'Questionnaire'. Please see the button image below:
