What is it?
Users can move templates and packs between Avvoka servers using a .avvoka file. When exporting, users can choose between two v2 formats: thin and standard. Only org support users can move templates and packs between servers. If users need something moved, they can contact their org support user.
The difference is how much is included in the file. A thin file contains only the item itself. A standard file contains the item plus everything it depends on.
What's included in each format
A v2 thin file includes only the template or pack itself.
A v2 standard file includes the template or pack plus its dependencies, such as datasheets, clauses, related templates and labels.
How it works
Note: These steps are available to org support users only.
1. Open the template or pack you want to export and click on the down-facing arrow to download.
2. Choose your format:
• v2 thin if the destination server already has the datasheets, clauses, related templates and labels this template uses.
• v2 standard if you're unsure, moving to a server for the first time that does not contain any of the dependencies
3. Download the .avvoka file.
4. On the destination server, import the .avvoka file.
